Key Responsibilities :

To facilitate project planning by defining and prioritizing tasks and their timelines and delegating the same to various team members

To manage the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders and transmit it to the internal teams

To lead the project team and provide constant motivation, coaching, guidance, feedback and mentoring support

To achieve timely execution of financial milestones and allocate resources in such a way that they can be utilized to achieve the deliverable outcomes in a cost effective manner

To monitor and manage compliance to processes, policies and standards pertaining to that particular project

To ensure proper documentation of the project, right from the planning strategies to details of their proper execution

To deal with clients and discuss the schedule, queries and issues related to the project

The suitable candidate will have/ be:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • A motivated self-starter able to manage multiple projects, tasks and challenges
  • The potential to foster the growth of other team members by being a good team worker, inspiring leader and encouraging a culture of knowledge sharing and self- learning
  • Passionate about upcoming technologies and will possesses good business and industry knowledge across key sectors
  • 5-6 years of project management experience (IT sector)

NOTE: Knowledge of Blockchain will be preferred but passion to learn about it will be equally beneficial.
