Client

The client is into the business of providing training on “Negotiations”. Qualified from Harvard Business School, and holding 30 years of experience, this Vienna based client wanted to develop an automated system which not only imparts training to his students, but can also provide a framework to his corporate clients for collaborative decision making.

Project Objective

The development process brought with it a lot of challenges, like a huge set of requirements which was spread around different areas. The relationship analysis had to be represented through a map, which had to automatically update with the increase in number of participants based on the type of influence they were having on each other. In addition, background analysis of participants and brainstorming process came with its own hidden challenges. Producing an intuitive UI and freezing client's requirements were other challenges which we had to address

Challenges

Apart from that, background analysis of participants and brainstorming process came with its own hidden challenges. Producing an intuitive UI was another challenge we had to address. Freezing requirement as always was going a bell to a cat.

Solutions

We chose asp.net MVC based framework, and produced a SaaS based cloud hosted application to develop the app and the client was more than happy to receive it as an end product.

A team of 3 developers - a Project Manager, a UI Designer, and a Communication Manager assisted our client in his venture.

Project Objective

With an aim to deliver enhanced shopping experience, and add a personal touch to e-commerce, the client wanted a solution that helps both buyers and sellers to connect with each other. He wanted to have a system which can help buyers send their buying requests to real business, and receive related deals from sellers, locally or internationally. In addition, the client also needed a notification system which can inform sellers about buyers' requests, enabling them to offer deals, and get into one-on-one conversation with them.

Solutions

broadcast their buying requests, and invite sellers to make offers or provide relevant information after their registration with the app. An option to get into direct conversation with businesses helps them receive the best offers. Buyers are given the privilege to accept or reject offers being made to them.

On the other hand, this app helps sellers to have buyers walk through their virtual doors to purchase their products and services, eliminating advertising or marketing costs. The sellers start receiving buying requests post successful registration of their business, and can make offers or interact with real customers. It is up to the sellers to decide if they want to respond to buying requests or not

Client

YesCrew client is running an investment company from last 8 year. This company works basically to manage trust funds. They are working with their wealthy clients and invest their money in stock, bonds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, commodities, etc.

Project Objective

Client was facing many problems in hiring employees for his company which was hampering his business directly or indirectly. So, to overcome this problem, client wanted to have a system which could help him to hire employees more easily. Client wanted to have a system in which he could easily post the jobs (salary based and partnership jobs) , view applications received, hire employees and could easily assign the assignments to his employees. In addition to this, he also wanted to have a notification system which could inform him or his employees about the project/assignment status.

Challenges

Solutions

Antier solution developed a website which helped client to manage his tasks easily .We developed a website wherein employer can easily post his job requirements, view bids received , counter bid, accept/reject bid , schedule interviews and hire employee. Employer can view employee’s profile and can add him in his YesCrew network which is divided in three sections i.e. partners, employees and friends. Hence while adding any member as a friends, employer has to choose if he wants to add the member in his friends list, partner list OR employee list.

On the other hand, this system helps employees to search jobs, view job details, place bid and can attend scheduled interviews. We implemented a project management system in this project which let the client/employee to manage all their projects/assignments at one place. In addition to this we also implemented manage staff, notifications system and rating module in this project. After the assignment is completed, client can give rating to their employee.

StudyBooster

Client

StudyBooster is Australia’s famous online platform which was founded in 2012. StudyBooster helps students to get sponsored by their family or friends for achieving the academic goals. StudyBooster is ideal for individuals as well as groups looking to raise funds for sponsorship, or simply to help fund your educational advancement. In short, StudyBooster is a way to encourage students to do better.

Project Objective

Main objective of this project was to motivate students to achieve their academic goals by offering them financial help. Client wanted to have an online platform through which students could connect to their parents/friends to get sponsored. Client wanted to allow parents/friends to either release or Withhold the payment if target is achieved or cancelled. Hence client wanted to implement such a payment gateway which could accomplish all this. In addition to this, client wanted to have a notification system which could notify the website users (students, sponsors) about the goal status.

Challenges

  • Client wanted to have this website to be developed in core PHP and wanted to use wordpress for managing the CMS pages
  • To track the goals achieved/cancelled
  • To implement a payment gateway with Pre-Authorization feature
  • To implement notification system

Solutions

After understanding client’s requirements we developed StudyBooster, an online platform wherein students can create their goals and can share the same on social networks with their family or friends to get sponsored. On the other hand, parents can suggest a goal to their child. After goal is achieved, parents/friends can either release the funds to the student saying they got close enough, or they can choose to withhold the cash. We implemented Paypal payment gateway to accomplish cash withhold feature. We implemented notification system to notify the students and parents about the status of the goal.
